Planted in Curiosity, Grown with Care

I’m Beth,
a trained private holistic chef and mom of two, with a lifelong passion for nourishing food and joyful cooking.

Food has always been at the heart of my life. As a little girl, I was my dad’s go-to brownie assistant and my mom’s sprinkle expert during holiday cookie-making. I was the kid who sprinted home the moment I heard, “Dinner time!” called from the porch. Those moments taught me early on that food is so much more than fuel; it’s love, connection, and celebration.

That same spirit has guided me throughout my career. I studied at The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, where I trained as a Natural Foods Chef, and earned my associate degree in Restaurant & Hospitality from Montgomery County Community College. My cooking is rooted in holistic principles, using mindful preparation, seasonal & whole-food ingredients to support your overall well-being, mind, body, soul, and schedule. Whether I’m preparing vibrant, plant-forward dishes, high-protein grab-and-go meals, or adapting to special dietary needs, exploring a new lifestyle, or simply want to eat more consciously my focus is to help you feel nourished, energized, and cared for.

As a mom, I understand the real-life challenges of feeding a family, and I bring that care and practicality to every dish I prepare. When it comes to feeding kids (and grown-ups too), my goal is simple: to make eating-well easy, delicious, and nourishing — for every body at your table.
