I’m a mother of 2 children and understand how important it is to feel supported and nourished during the postpartum period. As a postpartum chef, I’m dedicated to preparing dishes that are delicious, healing, restorative and incredibly convenient for new moms.
From nutrient- dense broths to energizing snacks, every dish is thoughtfully crafted with organic, fresh, wholesome ingredients to help with recovery, restore your energy, and honor the beautiful transition into motherhood. My goal is to make life a little easier by taking the stress out of meal planning, so you can focus on resting, bonding with your baby, and not worrying about what’s for dinner.
